1. Your 1-day tour can include a boat trip on Lake Victoria to Ngamba Island to see habituated Chimpanzees and participate in the feeding. This is typically a half-day tour and we include a stop at the Uganda Wildlife Education center to see Uganda’s wildlife that you would otherwise see on a safari to one of the national parks.

2. A drive to Jinja including a stop at the Mabira forest for a forest walk and a zip lining experience. This trip includes a visit to the source of the Nile River.

3. White water rafting experience. This includes a drive to Jinja, to the Nile River. The rafting experience can be done either a full day or a half-day. We usually advise full day if you have time because the price difference is not that much between a full day and a half-day.

4. A tour of Kampala. This includes stops at the Buganda kingdom’s palace, the craft markets, the Idi Amin underground chamber that tells you of the history of Uganda. You will go past the Parliament, get a mountain view of Kampala from Old Kampala hill at the large mosque. You will crown this tour with a stop at the Ndere Cultural center for dinner and traditional dance entertainment. If you have time, you do not want to miss this experience at Ndere center. They might even get you dancing.

5. For those who are keen to get a wildlife experience and do not mind driving a fair bit to get there and back, our guides will be happy to take you on a one-day Lake Mburo National park safari. Here you can see giraffe, zebra, eland, warthog, perhaps the elusive leopard. There will be plenty of impalas, a boat ride on the lake will show you plenty of hippos.
